Steal The Look : Magnificent Monica Gill

By | October 27, 2016

You could call her the lucky actress who made her film debut as a lead opposite the best actors of P-town. Since then she’s done three movies and all of them were Super-hit, Mega-Hit and Blockbuster hit. Monica is a distinctive personality, she is spontaneous, extrovert and super energetic. Ambarsariya, Kaptaan and then Sardaarji 2, she has improved and her screen skills kept getting better work with each movie.

We did spot her at quite a few places and here are our most favourite looks which you could steal for this festive/wedding season:

Pastel colours are trending this season and look utterly gorgeous for every age group. Monica carries these colours with utter grace. She was also seen donning some unusual combinations which were quite an inspiration for my next outfit ;-p

Light Pink: This light pink dress can solve a dual purpose! You could either make it a suit by pairing it with a flowy pink dupatta or just go for the gown look with a top bun and a pair of glamourous heels.

The colour is subtle and the dress is simple but the sequence on it makes it perfectly formal for festive occasions.

Pastel Green : Be different Be distinctive. This dress is perfect if you want to experiment with your look. Long anarkali with the dupatta attached.

The biggest advantage of wearing this outfit is that you can dance all night without struggling with your dupatta even once.

Maroon Anarkali : Plain anarkali with a broad velvet border is affordable and very stylish if you team it up with a contrasting light coloured dupatta, just like Monica did.

Wear big sized jhumkis, bangles and a little Bindi and you are good to go!

Coral Pink Saree : Its easy on the pocket and something you can easily steal. The chiffon saree with a super sexy sequenced blouse can be your dress for a Diwali party or a reception function.

The blouse could be backless to add an x-factor to it and don’t shy when all eyes would be glued at you!!

Banarasi Brocade Lehenga : This glamorous brocade attire can be an inspiration for all the brides to be. If you just don’t like the stones and glitter all over your clothes then here’s a dress that is easy to carry and looks oh so chic!

With just the right ensemble, this lehenga can give you the most classy and royal look for your wedding.
