These recent joinees hail from Chak Fateh Singh Wala village of Bathinda and Gora happens to be a well known name in Malwa region.

His village falls in Bhucho assembly constituency. Gora (44) had started singing in 1990 and has come out with 25 albums of Punjabi songs, and has performed in many countries.

Gora and Jagga joined AAP in the presence of party’s Punjab convener Gurpreet Singh Ghuggi, who is also a known comedian.
After joining AAP, Gora said, “I have joined the party after being impressed by its ideology and honest approach. I have joined the party unconditionally without any condition to get ticket to contest the elections. I will serve the party with full energy.” Ghuggi said that with Gora’s induction the party would gain strength in the Malwa.
